The Evolution of CasesGalore.com:
As a child many years ago, I was always fascinated with boxes and cases. I remember spending hours sorting my baseball cards and neatly placing them in my dad's old White Owl cigar boxes for their protection and storage. My fascination with cases extended into my adult years as the owner of a television station where I would just love to buy specialty aluminum cases for storage and transport of television cameras, lenses and related equipment. Hey, I'm a guy…I got stuff….I need to put my stuff into cases! That's what guys do! I was buying so many cases for the station that I decided one day to combine pleasure with business and travel to China, where these cases were being made, and meet the factory owner face to face.
As life often has it, that journey ended up to be a life changing experience. I was completely taken aback by the graciousness and kindness of the Chinese people. I was fascinated by the All-for-One and One-for-All attitude of the 500 factory workers. I also struck up a great friendship with the owner of the factory. I was so taken by this whole journey that I ended up buying an interest in the factory itself. It was like I came home and said to my wife “Hey Hon, I'm back from China and guess what I bought?” She expected me to pull out some trinket or gift. She never expected me to pull out ownership papers on a factory….IN CHINA!
And so it goes. After several years representing our products to large manufacturers and retailers, I decided it would be fun to offer our products direct to the consumer at the same price the wholesalers were paying.
